If tuning a piano can be an above and beyond experience, it is with Jim! Not only did he tune the piano to where it sounds like it could be played on stage, but he spent over an hour cleaning it, adding a broken music stand back onto it and more. Personality, attention to detail, and thoroughness. He explains everything with a smile. Your piano can't tell you it needs cleaning and tuning, so do it a favor and call Jim.

This is the service you want. The other services I tried just did not spend enough time to get it right. It never sounded right after they left. Jim has the experience and expertise and patience needed to bring the sound together.

Jim is an absolute a gem! As a piano studio owner, I can confidently say that he is my #1 choice for piano tuning and service. From start to finish, he was incredibly kind, professional, and enjoyable to work with. His knowledge and expertise were immediately evident, yet he never came across as pushy or overwhelming.

He took the time to answer questions, explain what he was doing, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Most importantly, he did an absolutely fantastic job on my piano. The improvement in both the sound and touch of the instrument was remarkable.

It's not often you find someone who combines exceptional technical skill with such a personable and trustworthy demeanor. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality piano care. I will definitely be using his services again and recommending him to my students and fellow musicians.
